I read a title of a book at work yesterday and I was really excited. It was called leading with a limp. I think this might be a motto for my life. Sometimes I am so discouraged with my "limp" I feel as though I cannot lead. But God uses me and my weaknesses to show his strength. So I will continue to lead with a limp and let God show his strength.

Kimi,
i like that thought. and i like you! limp on!
Good comment sir. Many people over come a lot to be very normal. You will too Kim.
2 Corinthians 12
7To keep me from becoming conceited because of these surpassingly great revelations, there was given me a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. 8Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. 9But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. 10That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
normal is over rated and ridiculous and if God gave you a limp it is your gift to be utilized. Perspective my friend...
limping, striding, running crawling, God has a plan for you (Jeremiah 29:11) and God has a good, pleasing, and perfect will (Romans 12:2)
And our favorite: suffering produces perseverance, perseverance, character, and character hope. And hope does not disappoint us becasue God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit (Romans 5:3-5)
so broken, or whole God has plans and loves you. and so do I. I look forward to a roommate who might have a limp.
Thanks Everybody!
Dawn, I am so looking forward to having you for a roommate!
