I'm feeling a little bit stuck. As if I am caught right smack in two different lives. I am beyond ready to shed off my old life. I am done with that era and ready for the future. I feel as though the only way I can shed the old life is to move forward. However, I don't seem to be able to move forward. I keep waiting for some change, but nothing is coming. Oh well. Trust in the Lord. He'll do whatever He wants with my life. In the mean time, I'm here. Waiting.

A skype session with your brothers is a good idea. Everything comes in due time and in the lord's time not ours. Be patient and it will happen. TD
I can't help but notice the reoccurrence of the "waiting" theme. You are a bright young woman whose time in college is winding down. How fortunate you are to have been able to go to college! What are you waiting for? Use your "God-given" talents & intelligence and get on with it. Make some decisions, chart a course in life, and get going!
I agree with the anonymous comment. It is time to get on with things. Life can pass you buy unless you take it and go for it. Well said.
Kim,
I agree with anonymous. I just read a plaque that said "I loved my first old car. It didn't have reverse. It could only move forward."
Always wait on the Lord, but remember that while you're waiting not to miss how God can use you today.
Hooray for someone finally understanding, that waiting is a good thing. I am waiting on God.
In re-reading my comments. Mom also understood the post!
sorry, i think i misunderstood it too. you gave me credit, but i don't think i deserved it. sorry. still, i would like to skype sometime.
The word waiting has several different meanings. Even if misunderstood, the same message is there from all who wrote...you are loved, Kimi, and many care about you, open your heart and accept their love, including the Lord's.
Kimi, don't let others rush you into your future life. Waiting on the Lord in all ways will give you peace in your life. Waiting on Him as in serving Him and waiting on Him to direct your life, neither way will lead you wrong. You are doing a great job of growing and learning, you have your whole life ahead of you. Enjoy where you are in life now and the Lord will lead you into your next steps. I'm proud of you and all you have accomplished. Be strong. Love, Aunt Renee
Thank you Aunt Renee. That is exactly what I was meaning.
Kim, when are you going to update this? TD.
