Work In Progress

He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6

Ramblings

I couldn't even come up with a general topic.

Topic number one. I just wrote a paper for feminist class, which makes me really angry. I disagree thoroughly with a lot of what the book says. Unfortunately, I am writing papers and they are being graded on content. With no particular guidelines for grading. So I am writing papers I disagree with in order to prevent her from biasedly grading my papers. Grr.

Second Topic. The little first graders were absolutely insane today. I think they are used to general loud chaos, and I just don't see how that is conducive to learning.

Topic number three. I am pooped. I am not sure what happened, but I woke up Sunday morning a wreck. I went to bed Saturday night feeling great. I wake up with a sore throat and the left side of my back is in crazy pain. I have a headache and am putting off writing this next paper.

Fourth Topic. I am so blessed with the friends I have. I can't imagine what this semester would be like if I didn't have so many people loving me and supporting me. God has truly provided for me. My cup overflows!

Topic number five. This paper that I am writing will be the third testimony I have written in less than five days. So, while that is a really cool thing to have to do three times, I am getting tired of thinking about the "character building experiences." As I was talking about with a friend, How do we keep doing the same stupid things, when the patterns are so clear? How do we forget what we shouldn't forget? It is amazing how quickly we forget, how quickly we change our minds, and how quickly we abandon what we know to be true.

Ok, on to the third testimony.
