Work In Progress

He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6

Rambling

I apologize but this post will make absolutely no sense to most of you. However, these are my thoughts from my shower this morning and I just need to get these thoughts out.

I didn't want to be Angel. I wanted to be Michael Hosea. I thought I was going to be the okay one who would help fix someone else. However, I have realized I am the one with the baggage who will be a burden to someone else. I am Angel. I have had a Duke. Oh, goodness! Is that what this has been? A Duke to break me enough so I have to come back to my first love (Christ) and then after I have been healed, I am allowed to be with a Michael Hosea. I really didn't want to have to be Angel.

Okay, enough of that. I just want to say that these are all characters from my favorite book, which at the moment is helping me to understand my current situation.

Anyway, I finally figured out how to put my MP3 Bible onto my iPod. I'm excited for it!
I have only two classes today with a hour and a half break in the middle, which I am excited to use to read Narnia on campus, try to get a hold of the Liskeys, and to work on some verses for Scripture Memory bowling tonight. I am looking forward to the break!

Have a wonderful day everyone!

we are all angels, Kim. you have no more emotional baggage than the average person, just different... remember that troubles produce perservence, perservence produces character, and character produces hope. paraphrased by me...
but remember this, if nothing else, there is a Michael Hosea out there for you... make sure you search him out and know him... and to make another point, he will have his own emotional baggage to deal with as well, being that we are all human. it is all part of the patchwork quilt of life... each is different and "crazy" unto itself, but then makes a beautiful finished product.
I love you, angel. you are so worthwhile. keep growing.

and showers make the best prayer closets... :o)
